Pizza Recipes

Margarita

1. Buy a packet or two of our delicious wood-fired pizza-bases from 

   the deli fridge of one of our quality outlets.

2. Top with some passata, fresh or dried herbs and mozzarella.

3,  Bake for approx 9 - 10 mins at 200 deg on the shelf of your oven .

For the hawaiian just add some good quality leg ham and pineapple before baking...

this may need 10-11 minutes.

 

Smoked Salmon

1. Buy our delicious preservative-free wood-fired bases from your local stockist.

2. You will also need a small packet of fresh smoked salmon, some passata, capers, horse-radish cream and creme 

   fraiche or cream cheese.

3. Top pizza base with passata and then bake for 5 minutes.  While its cooking add some horseradish to the creme

    fraiche . This should be done according to taste. Set this mixture aside. After removing pizza from the oven top 

   with the mixture and add the chilled smoked salmon. Finish with a few capers and season with pepper.

 

Dessert Pizza

1. Take one of our wood-fired bases. 

2. Coat liberally with nutella. Add thinly sliced ripe banana  and lots of real maple syrup to half of base.

3. Fold over pizza into a calzone and press down edges. Bake for around 10 minutes in a hot oven. When cooked 

   top with more maple syrup and ice-cream.
